Ensayos Pull-Out test
The objective of the Pull Out test is to evaluate the behavior of the profiles used in the support structures of the tables or panels of a photovoltaic installation, based on the characteristics of the different types of existing terrain.
The load tests in this type of structures are planned with the aim of verifying the behavior of the elements working in conditions similar to those of service., which, accompanied by a monitoring of deformations and loads, are highly effective for the study of structural elements.

The installation procedure of the profiles usually varies depending on the terrain conditions, the most common being the following:
- Direct driving of the profiles into the ground.
- Predrilling + filling + driving the profiles.
- Micropilotaje.
Prior to rehearsals, the following actions are performed:
- Measuring the GPS position of the profile.
- Tilt angle measurement on main axes.
- Placement of tools to avoid twisting during the test.
- Checking the driving depth.
Installation of profiles by driving
The driving of the profiles in the ground is carried out by progressive and soft beating with the hammer of the machine on the head of the profile. During the process, the verticality of the profiles is verified using appropriate measuring equipment in each case..
After the driving process, it is checked whether there is excessive damage to the profile head, as well as the final collapses and possible changes in the surrounding terrain: sinking, cracks, bulging ...
Once the profile has been driven in, a driving record is completed adapted to the needs of the activity carried out..

Profile installation by pedrilling / filling / driving
To carry out the technique called "dry" predrilling, A downhole drilling probe is used installed in a drilling truck with a diameter of the cutter adapted to the needs of the project and / or petitioner.. After the perforation, the length and final diameter of the perforation are measured. Possible deformations that could occur when subjecting the ground to drilling are observed.

Once the drilling depth is reached, the holes are filled with the filling material from the extraction itself and from the surface of the area.
Then proceed to drive the profile, as described in the previous section.
During this stage, the following data is taken:
- Drilling time.
- Drilling depth.
- Residual depth
- Residual mouth diameter.
Simple side load test
The test is carried out by means of cycles of steps of load increase, according to values collected in customer specification documents.
Simple axial tensile load test
The tensile test or vertical load test consists in the pulling out of the profile by the action of an ascending vertical load.
Sag load test
The sinking or compression test consists of applying a vertical downward load. The loads are transmitted in steps progressively avoiding sudden increases that may affect the test, midiendo el desplazamiento del perfil al final de cada escalón.
